Conversation is the control surface
Describe what happened in ordinary language. The agent can organize supported meals, activities, habits, goals and routines without a separate form for every action.
About KnowsYou
KnowsYou is a small, independent, EU-first product in open beta. We are building one conversational place to capture everyday wellness information and see what was saved.
Less data entry. More useful context.
The agent handles supported record changes. The interface keeps the resulting journal visible and reviewable.
Product principles
These principles guide both the application and the way we explain it.
Describe what happened in ordinary language. The agent can organize supported meals, activities, habits, goals and routines without a separate form for every action.
AI output is not accepted as invisible truth. Important details should be inspectable, correctable and tied to the information you provided.
KnowsYou is a general-wellness product, not a medical device or a substitute for qualified care. We would rather state a limit clearly than imply clinical certainty.
The original motivation
The application exists because useful daily context is usually lost between rigid forms, separate trackers and the effort of remembering everything later.
One conversational surface can capture the update while it is fresh. The structured journal then makes the result visible, reviewable and correctable.
The wider motivation
Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT and future tools can all be useful control surfaces. We built a personal API, MCP server and portable skill so the user can choose.
Agent access is limited to an explicit personal-data command surface and remains attached to the same audit trail as actions taken inside KnowsYou. See agent access.
This is also an onboarding path. A trusted agent that the user has already connected to Drive, documents or data exports can map that existing context into supported KnowsYou records, with the user's confirmation, instead of making them start from an empty account and re-enter everything by hand.
How we publish
Methods pages describe the implementation behind visible estimates, including inputs, source order, missing data and limitations.
Guides are educational product resources, not individualized nutrition or medical advice. Dates and method versions show when an explanation was last changed.
Accountability
The service is not presented as a finished clinical or institutional product.
The privacy and terms pages reflect the current preview and identify where market-specific legal review is still required before commercial availability.
Questions or requests about personal data can be sent to privacy@knowsyou.ai. See the privacy notice for scope and limitations.
Start with how conversation becomes a visible record, including where review and correction matter.
