Integrations

Bring connected context into the same wellness journal.

WHOOP is the only direct integration currently available. KnowsYou can place its supported recovery, sleep, strain, workout, energy and body-measurement data beside records you create with the AI agent.

Sync coverage depends on the data WHOOP makes available and the permissions you grant.

WHOOP data in KnowsYou

Less duplicate entry, with the source kept visible.

The integration brings supported WHOOP records into the same personal wellness journal while keeping their origin clear.

Recovery

Keep recovery and related wearable context beside the rest of your logged day.

Sleep

Bring sleep records into the same view as your routines, activities and goals.

Strain

Use WHOOP-reported strain as connected context, with the device’s own methodology and limits.

Workouts

Import supported workout records so detected activity does not need to be logged twice.

Energy estimate

Use WHOOP-reported daily energy when available; it remains an estimate, not a clinical measurement.

Body measurements

Bring supported measurement records into your personal history for review and context.

Coming soon

The sources we are working toward next.

None of these is connected yet and none has a date. They are listed so you can see what we are building toward — and tell us if the order is wrong for you.

Garmin

Activities, sleep, steps and body composition. Garmin has paused approval of new developer-API requests, so this one waits on them, not on us.

Apple Health

On iPhone: workouts, sleep, steps and body measurements from Apple Watch and the apps that already write to Health.

Health Connect

On Android: one connection for the devices and apps that write health data there, instead of a separate account link for each brand.

Strava

Runs, rides and routes, so a session recorded there does not have to be logged again here.

Source priority

WHOOP-reported energy comes before the profile fallback.

For a covered day, KnowsYou uses a finite, non-negative WHOOP-reported energy estimate when available. Otherwise, it can use the documented profile equation. If neither is available, the value stays unavailable.

Tell us which device you use.

Tell the AI agent which device or data source would help. When feedback delivery is available, it can report the missing capability and tell you whether the request was delivered. A delivered request is input for the team—not a roadmap commitment or delivery date.

Share an integration request

WHOOP is available today. Everything else above is planned.

Planned means we intend to build it, not that it is scheduled. We call an integration available only after its support and status are confirmed, and we do not publish dates that depend on someone else’s approval. Requests still help us decide what to evaluate next.

Third-party data keeps third-party limits

Review important values in their source application. Availability depends on the third-party service and your permissions. WHOOP is a trademark of WHOOP, Inc.; references here do not imply medical validation of its estimates. Garmin, Apple Health, Health Connect and Strava are trademarks of their respective owners, and naming them as planned sources describes our own intent — it does not imply a partnership, an endorsement, or their approval.
