Treatment routine tracker

Keep your routine visible—and log it in seconds.

Track a medication, supplement, topical or other treatment routine you already follow. KnowsYou organizes the schedule you enter or confirm and records your own completion updates.

KnowsYou records your schedule. It does not prescribe or verify medication, dose, timing or treatment.

track my evening magnesium at 21:30 on weekdays

Saved the schedule you set — weekdays at 21:30. It shows up in Today and in the evening check-in.

Conversation-first routine tracking

Save the routine in your own words.

You provide the name, wording and schedule. The agent turns those details into a record for you to review.

Enter or confirm

State the routine you already follow, including relevant days and times.

Review the schedule

See active routines and scheduled times beside the rest of your day.

Log an update

Report taken or skipped in chat, or use an available quick action.

Correct the record

Fix a logged time or pause, complete or stop a routine you control.

Two quick logging paths

Use Today or the action in conversation.

A routine update should take seconds, whether you are scanning the day or already talking to the agent.

  • Tap a pending treatment time in the Today panel.
  • Use the contextual action after a relevant agent message.
  • Write a natural update with the actual time.
  • Ask the agent to correct a mistaken log.

Reminders

A reminder repeats your schedule; it does not create one.

When reminders are enabled, confirmed treatment times can appear in scheduled check-in messages. Device notifications also require permission and a supported device or browser, and delivery is not guaranteed.

A reminder does not mean KnowsYou checked a prescription, validated a dose or decided that the timing is appropriate.

What the record can hold

Enough structure to revisit your routine.

The tracker can organize the details you supply without turning them into a clinical record.

  • Name and routine type
  • Your dose wording
  • Days and times
  • Active or paused status
  • Your taken or skipped logs

What a completion means

A personal log—not verified adherence.

Taken means that you tapped an action or told the agent you completed the item. KnowsYou cannot observe ingestion, technique, quantity or whether a treatment was completed correctly.

The absence of a log does not prove a missed dose. It means only that no update was saved.

Medical choices stay outside the app

The tracker records decisions; it does not make them.

Do not ask KnowsYou to choose a treatment, verify a dose or tell you what to do after a late or missed dose. Return to your clinician or pharmacist when instructions are unclear.

Follow the qualified source

Do not start, stop, skip or change care because of an AI response. A change saved by KnowsYou is not a recommendation from KnowsYou. Read the safety boundaries.

Put one routine you already follow in view.

Tell the agent your schedule, review what was saved and log your own update through chat or a quick action.
