Nutrition records
Compare saved protein or fiber values with a minimum you selected.
Wellness goal tracker
Tell KnowsYou what you want to work toward, confirm the target and see what your saved records can support. Start from a supported structure or use your own words.
Goal templates are starting points—not recommendations or promises of an outcome.
Supported starting points
Templates define what can be counted and over which period. You still choose and confirm the target.
Compare saved protein or fiber values with a minimum you selected.
Track a user-chosen deficit, maintenance or surplus range using estimated inputs.
Count completed sessions or a chosen activity distance over a week.
Record progress toward a weight, waist or body-fat value you selected.
Compare connected sleep records with a range you chose.
Use a qualitative goal reviewed against the available journal for its period.
Your target, your control
Confirm the metric, target and daily, weekly or measurement window. Ask the agent to change, pause, complete or abandon a goal when it no longer fits.
At least 3 completed sessions
Saved this week: 2 completed sessions
The count describes your journal. A session that was not logged cannot be included.
Calorie-deficit example
Energy balance is logged food energy minus estimated daily expenditure. KnowsYou uses a WHOOP-reported estimate when available, or a marked profile-based estimate when the required inputs exist.
Maintain the estimated deficit I chose
Chosen range: −500 to −300 kcal/day
7-day estimated average: −400 kcal/day
Coverage: 5 of 7 days
Result: within the chosen range
Example data are synthetic. Individual needs and outcomes vary.
How progress is evaluated
Numeric goals compare a saved value with your target. A seven-day energy-balance goal needs at least four covered days. Qualitative goals use an AI review of available records and can still be incomplete or wrong.
Missing and incomplete data
A missing observation produces no data. Count-based goals can show zero saved records, but KnowsYou cannot infer an activity, meal or measurement that you did not log.
KnowsYou does not decide a safe calorie, nutrient, weight, sleep or exercise target for you. Estimates and logged records can be incomplete, and a progress result does not guarantee a health outcome. Do not use goals for treatment decisions. See the safety boundaries.
Tell the agent what you want to track and review which records—and which gaps—can affect the result.
